Check your profile properly if they requested any document.
Also send mails to all parties involved.
What was the last update you got?

It just as if IRCC Accra forget to process and stamp passport they received by February

Login to your CIC, check if your status has changed to approved and there’s now a document column on your dashboard

It hasn't changed to approved.....its still showing your application is in progress

Can you post the full message you get when you track it?

Also I'll suggest you first contact VFS Lagos, to complain and ask them for your package's present location.
