Going through the thread, I discover that its majorly Civil Engineers that are requesting for sample project, does that reflect that most senior Civil Engineers are not available (physically) to guide their younger colleagues? If that is the case, for those requesting for sample, please when you eventually get registered, make it a point of duty to mentor a pupil Civil Engineer, other disciplines should also do same. I think that will go a long way to bridge the gap. Meanwhile, those with the sample should assist their colleagues in need. #Just a contribution though#

I am so motivated going through this thread, thanks so much for your immense contribution. I'm a Civil Engineer, knowledgeable in Structural design but not fully practicing currently because I am employed and I presently carry out a role that is non related even though I have the opportunity to switch within the same organization but the remuneration would not be commensurate with the effort. Looking at starting my own firm within the shortest possible time. Still learning a lot in my present role. Meanwhile I have less than four years post graduate experience but have worked as site and project engineer before taking on this new role. Any useful advise would be highly appreciated.

Scholarship or no scholarship, time is counting, ensure you make each day count. By this time next year, will you still be this enthusiastic for a foreign masters degree? I imploy everyone to have alternative plans for the next twelve months that will be a plus to your career and professional prowess, you may even count yourself lucky for not being a beneficiary considering what you would have achieved within this time frame. One attribute of successful people is that they always try to move ahead in the face of difficulty, never hinge all your hopes on one thing. Just my little thought.

To get a reissue or a new international passport, you would need to cart away with 24-30k in Edo state.

Candid advise needed.
Between Structural Engineering in University of Leeds and Oil and Gas Engineering in Aberdeen, which would be better for a young and high flying Civil Engineering graduate with a little experience in the oil and gas sector.
I need to know which to prepare for come September.
