Hello house, good evening

I have a concern which I need advice.

My TB test expires by January 10th and I want to reapply for student visa before end of November .

I reached out to IOM but they said I can only redo the TB test a week before it expires.

Can the validity of the test result affect my application?

How would you advise I handle this matter?

It’s important that the bank statement is signed in most cases so if that’s the case for your online app then it’s fine

If your father is sponsoring you and you used his bank account to get the visa, will you leave the money in Nigeria and travel to the UK empty handed?

Dude this is very simple, if they stopped you at the POE and asked if you have the money you presented during the application and you said yes and you are asked to show them, you have many options, you can open your bank app, or show them in one of the cash machines at the airport. This is a random thing, they don't stop everybody to ask this but if you are picked then get ready to show them the money.

Since flywire rate is so high, how can one boycott that high rate if your intuition requires the use of flywire. For instance, a tuition deposit of 5500 is around 11.9m but using flywire from here it is over 12.4 currently. Meaning their rate is about 2272/£ which is too high whereas the highest you can get in black market is 2170. Please help if you have any solution

Yes I used the POF to apply for the CAS, I don't really know what is actually going on o

You're welcome. I think if you see someone applying to those places, it's better to also check with them, so as to be able to choose the easier route.
The bank reference seems to rattle globus bank as they have not been able to come up with anything for the past 3 weeks I've made the request

I submitted everything brother, payslip for more than one year, employment contract, employment reference, statement of account , salary certificate, CV, TB test, statement of purpose.

I can't even remember right now.

Let me tell you my experience in the ongoing process for university of Sunderland CAS, I paid my tuition deposit since February following the advise of their agent, but my admission status is still conditional till date.

When you message them, they simply ignore. They mandated me to do TB test in my CAS shield when I obviously don't need it as I am a UAE resident for the past few years.They ignored all my messages for confirmation, only to spend almost 500k for the test and discovered that they have marked it done same day I did the test.

It's such a horrible experience with them really, I paid deposit since February and got ignored for almost 4 months without any news, only to receive the CAS shield login with daily reminder about what I haven't uploaded, at the end of the day, I may have to request for refund.

I thought I could have everything done earlier and avoid the rush but their sluggish system has caught up with me

My next prayer is for God to remove the witchcraft with globus bank. They refused to gimme the reference letter while their call centre talks with a non challant attitude as if u're their boyfriend. Na wa o

university of west scotland is giving discounts for psychology (conversion) but you are to pay 75% of the tuition which is £10950 after the discount.

It all depends on what you're interested in.for me I would say take project management if you want to work in business,operations,tech or global organizations

Or take psychology conversion if you're passionate about mental health,counseling or therapy

In terms of job availability,I advise to go for project management because of the wider job market

You have to consider cost of transportation and accommodation.

Then consider salary you will be paid.

Yes there is. They have one for 20£ per night and also another one 25£ per night, someone mentioned one that is 15£ per but she said it’s a little bit far from school. Also as time goes on if you make friends with people that stay in York, you can sleep over at their place. Some people also stay in the library over night, but they won’t be able to sleep so it’s not easy.

It’s possible, I have two course mate that usually come from London, they will come in on Thursday and sleep in York, then to go back to London on Friday after lectures. It’s possible if you have money for Train.

Since u have already been given admission, the best way to tackle ur mathematical problems is to take the bull by the horns. In the university there are people we call scholars, these are people who are quite good academically and even their course mates testify to it. In fact some of them are better than our so called lecturers in some ways. And by that I mean while lecturers will teach u and u won't understand, that same course work will be explained to u by a scholar in ur department and u will understand even to the extent of teaching others.
So I advise u get closer to a scholar in ur department who is at least 2 or 3 years ahead of u who can always put u Tru on course works that prove difficult and trust me u will not only graduate with a good result, but also be able to Defend ur grade anywhere.
