1.) Business with CAC registration or Good paying Job (20% mark)

2.) Actively active Bank account statement (20% mark)

3.) Marriage Certificate (20% mark)

4.) Land survey(s)/Government approved building plan (20% mark)

5.) Ongoing project i.e building or what have you, with evidence to back it up (20% mark)

Total 100% mark

Option
Couple it with prayer:
Prayer to obtain favor and to avoid any form of transfer of aggression and negative discretion from the visa officer (100% mark)

I Live and work in a different country in African but I applied while visiting Nigeria because the processing time for Nigerian applicants was 52 days when I applied.

Well, to my own understanding, i believed officer sense that you are presently not residing in your home country, thus leads to the email you got.
You will need to try in order to convince the officer...
Recently, they are more interested in the applicants that are residents of their home country than those who have substantial ties outside their home contry.

Mentioning that you have relative(s) in Canada is now becoming Red Flag in the sight of VOs or else you are applying for Super visa

And if you are applying as tourist, make sure you have enough strong home ties
I.e
*Spouse
*Property(ies) in your name
*Good job/Company of your own
*Statement of account of your own (not only with good balance) with good transaction history, they are more interested in your spending habits.
*If you have an ongoing project kindly add it

They are now interested in that thing that must bring you back home under compulsion.

That you have parents or siblings back home is not part of their strong ties oo.

so you added a 3rd option -TOURIST, NOT TIED TO ANYONE IN CANADA, which i hvused succesfullly for uk and schengian, making the routes 3

1. conference
2. Invite from a relative living in canada
3. tourist/holiday.

now am even a lil more confused which option to go for, with some of the conflicting info i hv gotten while trying to read back last 100 pages, + the recent comments now. the conference route has been casted, i agree with that...so am left with choosing from option 2 or 3...kai, wahala

Yes that 64 days had elapsed because I noticed that is now the processing time. My planned entry and exit date has passed
I actually do not want to use the web form. I want to know if this can be a basis for rejection since my exit and entry dates has passed

I do not think that can be a basis for rejection, if every of your file meets the IRCC standard, you'll have the visa. Over to God of mercy!

I believed the ogas in the house will shed more light on this.

Oh! It just dawned on me I made exactly the same mistake!

Whoa.

So, I have an agent who does all my visa applications for me. Last year I wanted to try US and I did the application myself, and was denied.. therefore he has no knowledge of this. I inadvertently forgot to mention the US denial to him while applying for this current Canada Visa we concluded on the 1st of May.

Question: Can I disclose this using webform?

I think the best thing to do now is to quickly go and address that with LOE using webform .

My Canada tourist visa application was refused because I did not declare my previous UK visa refusal. This was an honest mistake. I misunderstood the question and believed it referred only to visa refusals within the past five years, so I did not include my earlier UK visa refusal.
Can this type of genuine error be explained in a new application or reconsideration request, and what is the best way to address it to demonstrate that there was no intention to misrepresent my immigration history? Also, could I reapply ASAP
