PLEASE house..I have Bsc accounting, 4 years plus experience in the Accounting job. Also i have Msc. Social Work but i only work part time as a project supervisor/manager with the NGO and i've been working with the NGO for over 7 years now, but it's just a part time job i do when my service is needed and i get paid in cash most time. Please i need to know if i should evaluate but certificate or the highest certificate.

Please speak up and say it as it happened. I used an agent and i was advised ignorantly to do so so so and so. This led to the refusals

As you can see the guy in the post by @Godisincontrol - the guy mentioned one refusal and held back details of the second refusal.

And YES they go more than an extra mile to verify things. You would be schocked how meticulous those guys are. They want the best in their system.

As i am writing this comment, im already drafting down my letter of explanation explaining in details...You guys are really an inspiration...Now you've lifted the burden off me...I was at the point of being discouraged but im gonna try and intensify my prayers....God bless you Sir.

He hasn't applied yet. He meant that he lied in his us applications based on agent's advice...

@classified010 when you are applying for your Canadian PR don't bother hiding your US refusals and the reasons for them, it shouldn't affect your application. First step in PR processing is file sharing with the US

It is MOST DEFINITELY NOT safe!
You are not just looking at a refusal of your PR application, you are looking at a 5 years ban.
Raise a CSE IMMEDIATELY and you might want to mention that the agent acted without/against your instructions.
Then pray to God that it will be enough.

See ehn, if I'm to advise, I'll say withdraw that application now and do it over

@Ifeoma77 Thank you so much.. I have not opened EE profile yet. I'm just trying to get advice before opening a profile so that my effort in achieving a success in this EE will not be shattered.I dare not try misrepresentation in my EE profile and as a matter of fact my situation as changed for good over the time of the US application. I am doing my application myself and not by the help of some useless agents. I appreciate your contribution and i pray God will never leave you alone.

@Classified101,that is clear case of misrepresentation and attracts 5 year ban.Being denied a visa would not affect your EE application if you had mentioned.Canada and US share data.
You can only pray that miracle happens.Agents can ruin your life.All the best

@Veleta thank you very much... i thought as much but i think there should be a pardon if one writes a letter of explanation and telling the truth explaining the reason for misrepresenting. i don't think there should be a ban.

Regarding this quoted post... Does it mean that CICC go extra mile to check American Embassy's data base for application records of every EE applicants even if applicants did not mention being denied American visa before in their EE application process?.... i am really worried because i have been denied America Visa twice and to be honest the agent i used then lied on my behalf i subscribed to it. Now feel this is going to hunt me down in my EE application.

please has anyone gone score-free in this kind of situation? I know i have not choice than to write a letter of explanation regarding this, but i just want to know if keeping silent about it i.e(scaling through without mentioning it in one's application) is safe.

Please no criticism and insult... just helpful contribution,opinion and advise is required.

Good morning. I used WES for my evaluation and entered my debit card details for payment.

Why are you evaluating with two different bodies though?

Thank you for the prompt reply... I am not doing both but trying to see which one is reliable and fast in giving final report... i learned ICES evaluation is very good and also they accept email confirmation from institutions compared to WES that only accept a sealed letter by courier service which could cost more time in delaying reports.

Good morning to everyone on this forum...please i am a new nairalander and also new to this forum... I have an issue i want an experienced person to shed more light on for me.

i have gone through the first page of the forum, seen all necessary details and step by step guideline to achieving PR, i must say you all are doing great job to help here.

I am about to apply for an ECA and i've decided to use both WES and ICES but i'm a bit confused with the payment mode which ICES made available for application. I can only see Credit Card Only.I do not have a credit card neither do i have a dollar account. please i need a guide on how to make a successful payment to the WES and ICES for evaluation...Please i need suggestions from people that have done it successfully.
