The sultan and people who think like him are Nigeria's problem. Instead of talking about what the governors can do to maintain the continual production of food to meet food supply - a human labour intensive task, he is asking them to provide food directly. Are the governors running farms or government at state level?

So now are you blaming the sultan for telling the governors to perform their duty? because I can't understand. Do we need to be telling the governors how to perform their duty before they can? what are they elected for?
