What about Benue senators standing behind their northern slavemasters and issuing pro-fulani expansionist communiqués? |
These fulani-expansionist senators shouldav condemned the criminal acts of the fulani herdsmen if they had any iota of respect for the country and affected communities. |
KissCODE:That's my points exactly. Nigeria is over-supplied with cowardly, self-serving politicians. |
Are representatives from Plateau, Benue, Kogi and other parts of Nassarawa among those senators? If they were among this pro-Fulani expansionist gang, then we (Southerners) should leave them to their fate. Their communities will get wiped out by their beloved master-brothers in less than 3 years. Northern minority politicians should keep on giving their enemy a loaded gun while sitting on kegs of gunpowder. |
luvinhubby:Ngozi is a fraud. All she gives are frivolous figures from her voodoo economics. When it comes to accountability and probity, Kemi will eat Ngozi alive and use her bones to pick her teeth. |
EastGold:How is Edo going? Or you're just another childish ignoramus that shouldn't be taken seriously? |
gebest:A really smart move indeed. The guy is a loyal party member (he stood his ground against the swearing-in of a new PDP member for almost 3months). But he obviously angered the governor and the party leadership with the way he handled the Local Govt Chairmen tenure issue. |
Alokendra:They are! And they're the weakest link and greatest threat to the Yoruba nation. They were the people that blamed Falae for political sentiments intead of condemn his Fulani abductors. Yoruba moslems are sold out to the Sokoto caliphate where their utmost allgiance lie. They overrationalize every Fulani barnarism and claim sophistication. |
Lets see how far they go with it. Ipods will be first to join after abandoning APGA ![]() |
Kundagarten:Honestly I don't know why some (supposedly sane) humans keep making cases for the terror fulani herdsmen in the face of their ongoing wanton barbarism which cuts across every ethnic, religious and political divides. Omenka is only trying not to be seen as opposing Buhari. He is stuck on the most dangerous extreme of political correctness. He is not different from the average Wailer, IPod or tanoid who views every problems and challenges of Nigeria on the perspective of electoral victory & defeat. If a Benue man (or any other Nigerian for that matter) can make a case for the terror herdsmen, then the herd of useful idiots staging solidarity marches for common criminals like bukola Saraki deserve recommendations for national honours. |
raker300:What job did "the dude" do that he got paid for? Your idiocy and comprehension defects is phenomenal. |
Firefire:Don't say what you don't know because you want to be heard. Oshiomole is not owing ANY worker in Edo state. He pays before month end while still continue building state infrastructure. This is not bayelsa. No public officer is a saint and I'm not speaking for any of them. But most (if not all) of Nigeria's problems will be solved when the citizens learn to give credits to whom it's due, and to condemn those that deserve condemnation. |
blithe2nice:Typical retrogressive mentality. You condemn those who work to improve your life and alleviate your poverty, but worship those who steal from you and impoverished you. Sometimes I doubt if you wailing boneheads are meant for anything good. |
naptu2:Gidado's inability to spell appointment is not even the only hole in his post. |
naptu2:Stop blaming this ludicrous show of mediocrity and incompetence on Autocorrect. Appointment is appointment. It is either he knows how to spell it or not. If you carefully examine the words that he used, you'll find out that he spelled appointment in his Hausa (or fulani) accent. |
The northern part of Nigeria is populated and manned by mediocres and unrefined savages. They need a country of their own to grow (or lag) at their own pace. Next, Buhari will appoint him as one special assistant or a DG. And the circle continues. How is Abba Kyari and Kazaure (Buhari's chief of staff and chief protocol officer) better than this abokï? |

Sounds laudable to the layman but he could still manage and equip both. You dont improve on the health sector by closing hospitals. They have their purposes.
He needs to build more and equip existing ones. Much like robbing Kabiru to pay Haliru. The fact that the governor travels abroad for his treatments does not mean that a government house hospital is unnecessary. |
PRYCE:Does your ignorance of further arrest linking to dasukigate negate the fact that defence funds were actually misappropriated under Jonathan's watch? And, which do you prefer, a continued arrest and detention of all corrupt persons or to allow the judiciary do its job? |
PRYCE:By "propaganda" you mean any story that you do not understand nor feel comfortable with, right? |
Lets hope there is no backlash from the West. |
thesicilian:Too bad this admin is faultering after close to a year in power but people should stop being too eager to dismiss every of its report and findings in its bid to fix the system, without even understanding the imports of such reports. Government/change is a process and there are NO perfect govts. |
thesicilian:Who do you blame for the culture of misappropriation and institutional recklessness? Your greatest burden is to mention GEJ. Will you acknowledge an account when rendered before your face? And how well did your drunken buffon manage and render account on his plundering of our public finance? |
Any wonder why lots of them contributed billions to fund Jonathan's campaign, just to be sure the freebies continue? It is quite unfortunate that the youths who form the core of useful plonkers that call Jona a "Hero", are the exact category of people whose lives are worst hit by the effects of Jonathan's croneism, clientelism and gross inadequacies. |
Beremx:That is very untrue. Someway or somehow, people got to realise the futility (or foolishness) of posting on Nairaland. They lose interest and leave for good - NEVER TO RETURN. Put the human idiosyncray into perspective before attempting to make such inaccurate generalizations. |
Sanchez01:My thoughts exactly! Creation of dependency on the government is a dangerous means to political ends. Not for the long term interest of the people or the state. It is a wasteful instrument of control, endearment and clientelism. |
Subsidizing almajiris. This is a time-tested strategy of an overbearing government. Give some of the people just a little to make them more loyal and dependent. But dont give them enough to make them feel independent and throw you out. We are watching. No matter how sectional and incompetent this govt is, what it needs to do to win the next election is to warn the gullible masses that its opponent wil cut off their monthly stipends. |
bokohalal:Neither M I his friend. Ize-iyamu is friend to Igbinedion, cultists and all criminals who mean no good for Edo State. Look at his reply above. Cant even pick anything from it. No substance, no points. All blabs and rants. Just to let Edos know how much Izeiyamu lacks credibility. His record is riddled with corruption, thuggery and fraud. |
So so |
kaorama:Pastor, have it? ![]() Don't be dcieved. Though notin good can come out of PDP, Osagie Ize-iyamu is the dirtiest criminal of them all. As SSG, he helped Igbinedion to loot the state. Maybe he would have muscled his way to bcom gov if GEJ was still president. He was doing exactly what Wike did to Amaechi in rivers to Oshiomohe. They almost made Edo state ungovernable but God humbled him by disgracing Jona out of Aso Rock. |
I have asked myself this question several times. The questions kept coming up as Buhari kept considering solely abokis for appointments. |
