Ozo's smartness and Laycons smartness are on par. But all rounder laycon is a better housemate than Ozo.
The icing on the cake is laycon is good with the ladies, he knows how to talk to a lady, he can hold conversations and he has flows. When he was still having it good with Erica, see how he was bursting Erica's head with flows and lines.
We can't say the same about king simp though.

I understand Ozo is ur fave but U are mistaking intelligence for smartness..... Their was nothing Smart about Ozo in that house, even praise was way smarter but luck wasn't just on his side.
I can agree with u if u say he is intelligent but smartness nah...let's even overlook his foolish shenanigans with Nengi that he is way older than.
He also blew his chances of getting to the finals with his own hands, letting even a not so smart neo outsmart him..
This is a chance that someone like kidd would have taken total control of.

One of the easiest ways is to observe how they handle tasks on their own. Dumb ladies always lean on the guys to carry out the simplest of tasks, but Erica was not like that.

She could do things on her own and think out things for herself.

I hate to say this, but she was the first housemate to identify laycon as intelligent when others were either still looking down on him or sizing him up
