The cert that will be needed would be certs like waec ,neco, secondary school cert maybe primary school.
If the means is available go for it and come to think of it Nigeria edu systems is slow it might be that u will graduate with ur mate at the same time and look out for scholarship too.

Come to think of it 450k it too big... only few people in niaja can get this kind of jobs which has to do with a lot of connection and long leg, hw many Nigerian youth or graduate can beat their chest that they have #20,000 in there bank account. Some can't even get a job of #20,000 monthly and a person abroad can earn #20,000 in a week .Nigeria is rolling out thousand of graduates yearly with no jobs or even funding to start their own business and u think these youth will have opportunity to leave this shitty country(on offences) for a greener pasture and they will nw sit back in niaja to manage the chicken change they get for God knows what reason.
I have seen a graduate earning #18k monthly and I can nt help but wonder hw they survive

Bt do u think a self taught person with out certification will be employed in this fist world countries (Canada, Germany,Australia) ,most especially some whose study is nt in that field. eg some with bsc accounting.

About the process
To apply for permanent residence under the Agri-Food Pilot, you need

eligible Canadian work experience in one or more of the eligible industries and occupations
a full-time, non-seasonal job offer from a Canadian employer in one of the eligible industries and occupations (outside of Quebec)

I currently got an MBA offer from a Canadian university in Vancouver to commence in April 2020.I have a National Diploma in Library & Info science and a Degree in History &International studies. I got a few waiver choices which has propelled the need to move further.I have also applied for scholarship of upto about 10,000CAD which is still pending review.

I have over 11 years experience which cuts across business development,project management,interior design and HR. I have been refused tourist visa to the US a few times in 2013,2015,2017& 2018 (but I have been to the UK,Dubai and Singapore within these period) Will this in any way impact my application?

Also I intend to use my parent as my additional sponsor for proof of funds to add up to my savings. Will this fly?
