have paid for utility fee but Mandatory fees not going through,the bank keep returning the payment back

Below are the fees I have been able to generate so far for Civil and Environmental Engineering

* Utility Charge 40k
* Laboratory/Field Trip 50k
* Matriculation/Onboarding 10k
* Entrepreneurship & Innovation Practice 20k
* Supervision Fee 25k

Total : 145k

but after generate it can you pay for them

Maybe it has to do with your department.
When I generated a pay advice, I saw the breakdown of the Mandatory SPGS which amounted to 55k.

but the payment is not going through yet
