A newly established Financial Services Company requires the services of experienced and result-oriented individuals to fill the under listed positions at their offices located in Lagos and Port Harcourt: Branch Managers (Lagos and PH): Will be in charge of administering the well thought-out commercial development of the branch. Have a very hands-on management style and be prepared to lead by example. Not less than 10 years experience with at least 5 years experience leading a branch, developing businesses, servicing clients and meeting and exceeding targets. Start-up experience would be an advantage. B.Sc/HND in Management and Social Sciences. Good computer literacy. Age 33 – 40 years. Business Development Manager (Lagos) The successful candidate will handle operational activities and provide strategic direction to the company. Primary responsibility will be to expand the existing business and develop new markets. Also responsible for seeking, evaluating, negotiating, and launching local/international partnerships. Good degree in any Social Sciences and MBA/M.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration or any social sciences. Not less than 10 years experience in related position. Aged between 35 – 45 years Logistics Officer (Lagos) Ideal candidate must have direct commercial and operational logistics experience in transportation and banking and take lead in developing and maintaining innovative and flexible planning facilities. Should possess good interpersonal, leadership and team spirit. Strong computer skills, customer focused and solution oriented. B.Sc/HND in Bus. Admin, or any relevant discipline. Membership of relevant professional bodies is added advantage. At least 5 years working experience. Age not less than 30 years old. Admin/Human Resource Officer (Lagos): The candidate will ensure the provision of timely and qualitative administrative and support services to company and manage strategic HR processes including manpower planning and recruitment, employment relations, performance management learning and development and behavioural change. Will also oversee facilities management and procurement function. Good administrative and communication skills and computer literate. B.Sc/HND in Social Sciences and Humanities. Minimum of 5 years experience. Aged not less than 30 years old. Marketing Officers (Lagos and PH) Expected to drive incremental sales growth through prospecting and lead generation. Ability to work with minimum supervision and must be computer literate. B.Sc/HND in marketing or social sciences. At least 3 years cognate experience in service marketing. 28 and 35 years. Accounts Officers (Lagos and PH) Will be required to work in any of the sections of accounts. Must be agile and ready to work with minimal supervision. Sound knowledge of accounting packages including Peachtree. B.Sc/HND in Accounting additional qualification is added advantage At least 3 years cognate experience of accounting and financial processes and system. Aged between 28 and 33 years Secretary/Receptionist (Lagos) Good knowledge of office Administration, good oral and written communication skills, ability to screen and route telephone calls, receive guests and provide general information as necessary. Be computer literate with minimum of 3 years experience as a secretary in a reputable organization. B.Sc/HND in Secretarial Studies or any Social Sciences. Aged 25 – 30years. Customer Service Officers (Lagos and PH): Good communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum of B.Sc/HND in Arts and Humanities with at least 3 years experience. Aged 25 – 30 years. Office Assistants/ Cleaners (Lagos and PH) Minimum of SSCE/WAEC with at least 3 years experience. Aged 20 – 27 years Drivers and dispatchers (Lagos) Possess valid driver’s license and good communication skill. SSCE/WAEC with minimum of 5 years working experience in a corporate environment.
