Has anyone among d Asp specialists for interview gotten mail? I m so confused. God help ur people.

A Friend of mine who is among d selected specialist called me today to inform me dat d news going round in d camp is dat,any moments reserves & those on supplementary list might b called very soon.he also said that they've started making preparations for those to come and join dem in d camp particularly accommodations.

Did he say anything abt those for interview?

Goodevening all. Today d PSC staff came to police college ikeja. And they have started d screening for those specialist selected. Today they screened Vetinary people, and tommorrow they will continue with d others screening. So i think with dat may be those for interview will be called after d screening.

pls take note, not all reserves will be called upon. It solely depends on the need for a replacement in your various states. if their is no need for a replacement in the selected names from your state then you won't be called upon.

The chairman, Police Service
Commission (PSC), Mr Mike
Okiro, has dismissed the
rumour that the recent
recruitment into the Nigeria
Police Force was hijacked by
some high-ranking police
officers.
Okiro, the former Inspector-
General of Police, dispelled
the rumour on Thursday in
Port Harcourt in an interview
with newsmen.
He insisted that due process
was followed in the
recruitment of the 10, 000
applicants approved by the
presidency for recruitment
into the Police Force.
“I am bold to say that due
process was strictly followed
during the recent Police
recruitment.
“The successful applicants
have been employed in the
force.
“I am happy to note that the
10,000 applicants approved
for recruitment by the
presidency cut across all
cadres.
“They have already being
posted to their various
stations across the
country,” he said.
Okiro said
that the
cadres
included
Police
Constables, Inspectors,
Medical Personnel, Marine
Officers among others.
He said that the recruitment
of the new officers became
necessary as a result of a
shortage of personnel in the
service due to death,
dismissals and retirement.
He warned against
indiscipline in the force,
saying that such matters
would no longer be treated
with levity.
Okiro said that the PSC was
open to receive complaints
on any official misconduct
amongst police officers.
He said that the Commission
would investigate the
rumoured unethical
involvement of some police
officers during the re-run
elections in Rivers and other
states.
He said that appropriate
action would be taken
against any officer found
guilty of electoral fraud.

Pls who have a confirmed info dat Police college Jos has started admitting selected specialist and what will be d hope of those for interview? So confused

Sm1 at the police college Jos told me that ASPs slated for interview under specialist were told to wait at the college gate. Did they later allow to enter or told to go back home? Another question is whether any Asp specialist is admitted into the college or not. I was slated for interview under Asp specialist and don't knw whether I should start going to the college 2morow or hold back. Pls sm1 should clear me. God bless u, and happy new yr.
