Hello evryone.happy nw year to u all.well,d issue of poor remuneration in most firms is nt far-fetchd,it is very glaring in modern times.in most cases these firms make enormous profit but they are unable to pay their wrkforce smtin helpful.this is veri evident especially with grad trainee kind of jobs.if we consider d cost of livin in nigeria we will understand beta.sm pay less dan 100k per month which is veri little.what cud b d cause? Is it as a result of poor hr policies,or company policies?or because there r many unemployed out there who r desperate to do anytin as long as they r paid no matter hw small.anyway,d minimum wage here is 18k per mnth which some states in nig are yet to comply with.dat 18k is far less compared to wage in canada nd US which we emulate even though they pay per hour of which if we sum up in a mnth we will see a marked diff.4 me d minimum shud b increased to like 80k per mnth in nigeria,nd more oda tins shud b done but I will stop here to allow meaninful contributions.

@oluwaseunojo.bros,relax na let's wait till january.I blieve dos dat did interview on 29-11-2012 have nt bin kald yet.moreso,most companies r rounding up 4 d year.sm have even klosd 4 d year.so let's wait till jan nxt year nd pray as well.compliments to everibody.wish u all good life.

@Mellad.well, congrats on ur new job as a customer care rep at etisalat comm but,I guess u r quite secretive nd stingy wif info.y did u nt inform us wen u went to submit ur cv or wen d vacancy was early.it is nw dat u got d job dat u r tellin us.anyway,its ok.nd pls dos pple dat did interview on 29-11-12 has anyone heard anyfin.sm1 shud pls make enquiries.sm1 who went 4 interview on 27-11-12 was invited.Also,mellad said during their induction nd training they told dem dat der were d last batch.he went on to say dat de want to open anoda call centre.

Nice one seun.well,my candid position on dis issue is dat outsourcing should b abolished or srapped at the moment in nigeria cos nigeria is nt yet ripe 4 outsourcing.dis policy of outsourcing is a way of introducing cheap labour.imagine d package,emoluments and conditions of service(especially airtel).it is slavery and ridiculous.is it dat we don't have robust labour laws in dis country.y will d indians and chinese come to our country and use us anyhow dey like? This is unacceptabable.one reason is because we have desperate jobseekers.also,d NLC nd ministry of labour are not hard enough on these capitalists and exploiters.d NLc and ministry of labour shud take up dis matter wit utmost seriousness and deal decisevely wit these exploiters.outsourcing policy,if it must continue shud b done d way it is done in other countries,dey shud maintain industry standard.d pay and package shud be increased n workin hrs shoud b reduced ie it shud b uniform.

Mr rhamzus let me korrect u,don't say de don't learn anytin in communication,its nt a professional course but de still have nolege of smtin,I would like u to give details of wat u mean by dey don't learn anytin in communication.it is agreed dat we have poor funding n oda challenges in our educational sys,but dats nt enough reason to state such tin.well, I don't know d paspective u r komin 4rm but whicheva,its wrong.try nd do ur research well.no nolege is a waste.I am nt a communication or humanities specialist.also,any professional cert wil do 4 ur sis but I will prefer cipm,its sellin fast.
