To those that are yet to misplace or lose their Original Certificate, here is my 50 cents.

1. Scan all ur original cert and save it in a storage device of your choice.e.g CD, flash drive, memory card. external hard disc or your phone.

Note: Any of the above could be stolen, corrupted or crash so do no 2 below.

2. Save the scanned documents in a folder or your computer and attach it to your email , wife. son or close relative's email

I hope Tiwa Savage doesn't go Patra way few years to come the way she dey blow sk and kush on IG no be here o. They even resemble sef only that Tiwa is younger.

Why did the government not take adequate measures to prevent the rails from being vandalised and stolen?
Why did the government not devote enough resources to find out the vandals and thieves for appropriate punishment for dissuading others?
Do you now see why the public servants whom we elected/allowed to rule us and overpay should be blamed for dereliction of duty?

Now this is what you should have pointed out.

And what works in Nigeria anyway. Cctv was installed in the seat of power. Did people allow it to work not to talk of lagos.

We are quick to blame the govt. We never blame ourselves.
