I only started know what bleach means this couple of months, but I've seen many Africans doing this. Why is the addiction to be light skinned?

As far as I know, I never seen Ethiopians bleach, but most other Africans do.

I work out every morning it helps to some extent but women are different and the pain varies to some degrees...mine are extremely painful n I may not be the nicest person during those days hehe being a woman is really complicated.
