I'm not a big fan of eating so adding calories will bw hard and I hate protein shakes . I will start with fifteen minutew every other day and see how it goes! Thanks for the advice though I'm not sure I'll get any results . My butt is just too flat. It will take special prayers and anointing

With that faith uv got there put in some work to it. U have to take twice the calories u do in a day to add some muscles otherwise ul just be working out and growing thin or maintaining yo current body.

Do they really?I know many come in as aliens or illegally through the border but majority dont have the id some go as far as being here for over 20years with an expired waiting card.

Many women barely in their 30's have more than 10 kids....small kids and ud find they are just a few months apart each,age wise

the ones iv met from Nairobi,who have been born n raised here are chilled friendly and generous but the ones who weren't born here esp the older generation I find them to be aggressive.

I actually do fear them. They are pretty much aggressive with the way they talk and act. You just never know.

I would seriously rather put on weight anywhere in body but not my tummy so yeah sit ups come in handy. Trust me all you need are simple work outs like squats (a must) for yo butt, sit ups for tummy,lunges and bridges to tighten those muscles around yo butt and hips.. So they all come in handy when done together...the right way. And the only way for it to work out is for you to be disciplined with your work out schedule and what you eat. For instance u wanna add in your lower body right? Id suggest adding onto calorie intake and doing those exercises too,avoid cadio,coz it makes u loose fat fast. Find a schedule that would work for you either in the morning or evening and stick to that and since u r starting u shouldn't do it everyday probably twice or thrice a week...skip a day on each. And no you dont need to go for 45min coz im doing more sets of each work out. u don't wanna overwork yo muscles and end up hurting and damaging them so 15min is okay too when your at home. Id suggest u go to the gym for advice and they'll also give you appropriate work outs for your body type....and that way it will be easier not to be missing any work out

What's your work out regimen? This is a huge coincidence as I was just thinking yesterday that I'm too skinny and need to gain some weight in the lower body. Whatever you are doing its amazing, please share.

First of all I'm a foodie,I love junk so I use that to my advantage and I think it somehow works for me coz many people would complain they add alot of fat but instead I work so hard at the gym and home and turn them into muscles actually.

I do alot of deadlifts,all types of lunges,donkey kicks.....m waay particular about my abdomen area so I do alot of sit ups.Per day id roughly work out for 45min to an hour. On sunday my family and i do long walks together When I started it used to be sooo hard and def your first week is going hurt...alot... i cried i wont lie....until after about 2 months of getting used to going to the gym it actually became fun and aside from wanting a great body I focus on exercising to watch over my health.
