Pep is not a great coach as claimed by many epl fans because anybody can manage Barca.

If Pep takes up Arsenal and wins the league for you guys in his 1st season, takes the team beyond the current bustop 'ucl second round' and wins some more domestic trophies. What would still be your view about him?

I know many would still claim he's an average coach because he inherited already winning and matured team from Wenger.
It's so funny how you guys are quick to discredit any one that coaches Barca because of the system, and yet, call almost all the players in the system average players. Who then makes up the club called Barcelona?

The midfield was free for him and with Ferguson's guidance, we would have had another Scholes. I am still hunting for Nigeria vs Argentina 2005 finals. Mikel was pure class.

He did not have someone to guide and nurture him. That is a big part of great players.

Henry flopped at Juventus. Under Arsene Wenger, he became one of the best of all time.

From 42 goals, it dropped to 18 league goals the following season before he finally joined Madrid shows that he lacked motivation. His rivalry with Messi has however not diminished for the past 6 years or so, and if he scores 42 goals this season, it would be regarded as a failure.
