The only time he sent proof that the fund is on hold was to me yesterday morning which I later went and confirm transaction ever since then he never sent any screenshot showing his balance or the money being on hold. The only thing you saw was video of my PayPal dispute filed..

The official standard is 21 days for transaction that are not confirmed by the sender.. Mine was confirmed.. See screenshot of me confirming transaction yesterday

Common you didn't say he would send you my cash.. You only said I should cancel dispute so that you could see details of the payment which was why I disagreed because it is at my disadvantage.. If you had said he would send my money to you first before I cancel dispute then I wou have agreed why won't I agree, you weren't clear about that.. You said he would send you my money after I cancel dispute which I can't possibly agree with..

I would take down pictures and claims of him being a scammer if he refunds my money or transfer cash to you or me which he won't do

So I spoke with the HazzanTazzan guy and three of us discussed about settling the case but HazzanTazzan asked me to cancel the dispute I set on PayPal.. But I said I won't cancel dispute unless my funds are refunded.. And I will take down my claims of scam after he refunded my money

How many minutes after you sent the fund did you decide to chargeback? If youre quick enough, the fund is still on his acct, you will get your money back if you win the case...

You will win the case if...

1. The fund was sent as gns.

2. You didnt add a satisfactory note to the fund.

3. You didnt confirm shipment as received.

All in all, winning the case isnt enough. The money has to be in his acct when you opened the dispute .


Next time, use escrow when trading with someone who doesnt have a strong reputation in this ecurrency business ... there's a list of people who can act as escrow for your transaction...
