Having said that, in all honest, Rochas actually performed, poor roads- yes, but he had a vision.

Built 3 beautiful stadiums in record times. ( mind you , building a stadium in past administrations could have been a full 8 years achievement of a government)

Once rochas put his mind on any project, he pursues it with so much vigour, it is completed in months.

Wish he had a proper economic plan- unfortunately he does, he opened up Owerri, which help developer access land and built hotels, but there was no economic plan , for example to turn those hotel building into resorts building, and make Owerri a holiday destination and no just a weekend.

I hope the next person who takes over retain rochas building developer,
Sack the road contractors
And recruit proper economics planners
