OP, I don't think anybody on this forum can TRULY give you a detailed breakdown UNTIL you engage a structural engineer to carry out a soil test to determine what sort of foundation would be suitable for that waterlogged land.
Professionally, I advise people not to purchase waterlogged land no matter how cheap because the works that would need to be done in terms of sandfilling, retaining wall, piling in order to SUCCESSFULLY erect a building on it may far outweigh the cost of the land and even the building to be built on it.
However, if you have already purchased the land, let a soil test be carried out first.
BTW - I'm a Quantity Surveyor, so I know this.

Thanks guys....The land gets dry during the dry season.I found out raft foundation is usually used for constructing the foundation.I need a rough estimate of the cost for a simple bungalow..Thanks
