Nigeria is a sovereign state yes, but under a UN treaty, unleasging insecurity against the nation is an action against the world. America or any nation can't just enter Nigeria and make a move for a regime change.

America is acting based on the unabated insecurity in the land which affects everyone, including us citizens, European citizens, Asia citizens and all others living in Nigeria. Im sure US isn't coming to kill Muslims or wipe out Islamic religion. They know their target,those denigrating Islam by hiding under the religion to attack others. Islam means peace. Im always disturbed when I see the name Islamist terrorists in the news. Its not cool and there are bad eggs giving the religion a bad name. They need to be taken off.
