Nothing is impossible even at this age.

Java learning curve is steep. Core Java can take up to minimum of 6 months. Spring/Springboot can take up to 4 months. This knowledge is not enough again. You have to learn Spring security which can take up to 3 months. Microservices is becoming a norm (though debatable between monolith architecture and microservices architecture). Knowledge of CI/CD, Cloud (AWS etc) is becoming a must.

Java is a powerful strict Type PL. I love it. Lots of new dev always sideline Java because of its verbosity but in my experience, the verbosity makes it easy to debug your code.
