If done cost-effectively it is good because Lagos Abuja traffic is high. Lagos Abuja traffic is part of Lagos to Kaduna, Jos, Kano and many more busy routes, so reducing half of the journey duration by 70% is great idea to me. The issue is always the cost and motive of award.

With crude swap arrangement on ground and poor accountability, it is possible they still importing.
