If you haven't gotten a feedback by the end of the week chase by Monday, inform your Uni and request for an extension/late enrolment

Good evening,
Pls I want to make an enquiry ,I did my biometrics on the 25th of April ,standard I got an Empty NSF on the 26th and the status is still on received by DMC pls do you have any advise for me?
Student visa application and the school will be resuming on the 22nd,
Pls advise me on what to do.
