my broda,u are deceiving urself go to oau and get third class it is then that u will know first class 4rm any uni either state or private is better than yours. And u might find it difficult to obtain 1st class in oau which might be easy in other uni.

It happens in most schs that conduct test for DE applicants. You can submit before being admitted, however it doesn't make a difference (your test makes). Some may not even ask for it until you're about to graduate.
