yes you need to do this update b4 the new one will show

but if you wipe your device
and check for update you will get d new one
then you can update and save yourself from the stress and
data

yea most people here know how to update OS...one of the first things you learn when u start using BlackBerry 10

Update size can be up to 1GB in size and typically requires a wifi because your mobile data will be wiped if you try to use it for that size of download

A work around is to create wifi from mobile hotspot on another phone

If you have a pc and Internet connection then you can use BlackBerry link to do the update

since 10.3.1 leaks, option to customize different LED colors for profile, contacts and apps, have been included. If you're on either of the latest leak 10.3.1.2243 or 10.3.1.2267 (which may likely be released as the official update), then you should have those options. My advise, stick it out for a few more days to get the official release.

no, you're on a leaked OS...hopefully the latest official OS version should be released by this weekend. once you update, lets see if the problem still persist

sorry to ask Buh I really want to know the difference between leaked os and the official os? I thought they have same features

BB notification is red in all cases....all other platforms copied that from BlackBerry...if you like different colors to come on for different notifications, there are apps that help do that...i know there are suggestions for multiple notification colors to be available natively but i have not been following development

if you're on the latest OS version, then you should have vibration...check your OS version

I really appreciate bro. Am on the latest OS. yet the vibration isn't working.... is there any settings to be applied?
