Go back and get one of the 2 listed because the National ID is not what they demanded, They won't accept it.
I take exception to your sentiment. Although only photocopy of international passport or driver's license is mentioned, it is not forbidden if your signee can provide a photocopy of any other generally acceptable card like National ID card. National ID card has the same recognition with driver's license or international passport since they are all issued by the same authority (Federal Government of Nigeria). That National ID card is not included does not mean they don't accept it, its omission was a mere oversight because there is no rationale for accepting driver's license while National ID card is rejected. Thanks.

Thanks bro,for d clarity. That means the whole process of recommendation by both the JSC and NJC,will start again?for along is she to act as chief judge?
She is to function as an Acting Chief for a period not exceeding 3 months after which she can be re-appointed for another 3 month period but she can not be appointed more than twice as an Acting Chief Judge. Vide S. 271(4) of the Constitution.

Daisy is the MOST SENIOR JUDGE IN THE STATE HIGH COURT which qualifies her to be acting CJ. The NJC already approved her as the substantive CJN. The new House only need to confirm her candidacy.
For the House of Assembly to approve Justice Daisy as a substantive chief Judge, the whole process must start de novo. This is so because even if Daisy had earlier been recommended by the NJC, she was recommended to the previous Governor (not the incumbent Gov Wike).

The appointment wike just made,is it acting or substantive?
. The appointment just made by Gov Wike is "Acting" not "substantive''.

Section 271(4) of the 1999 Constitution specifically provides that an Acting Chief must be the most senior Judge of the State High Court. It is a misinformation for you to assert that the Constitution does not specifically mention the High Court. It is only a substantive Chief Judge that can be appointed outside the High Court but an Acting Chief judge must be the most senior Judge of the State High Court and to do otherwise is an aberration from the Constitution. Thank you.
