When that happens it seems you've run out of mb's because it won't connect at all no matter what you do,that's because the "H+" will no longer have the up and down arrows rather it will remain at "h" or sometimes "h+" with only the up arrow so what I normally do is just reboot the phone for quick recovery but if am downloading and do not wish to reboot I will off and on my data till the "H+" with up and down arrows are stable.

i use it on laptop, i reboot and remove modem up and down yet nothing.

i try manipulating the while loop even do while loop nothing happen, even when it work if i inser the right input it wil stil loop again.

Thats great. I kinda understand it but when i compile the code i got exception error so i skip it and when i get to exception i will return to it.

One more thing, just like what pachman is asking. For instance using the indexOf to check for @ in an email, i wrote the code and add user input scanner and the if statement. If the user enter an email without the @ it wil return invalid email as i instructed java to do, so How do i tell java to tell the user to keep inputing the email until he got it correct.

MTN decided to scam me last night. i dont think that if unknown source was disable he will get that error. check out the message i got on lollipop when i disable unknown source, like i said infinix has bad version of lollipop.
