2) Can someone still do menial jobs (even teaching) while running a full time masters?
Yes you can. M.Sc students tend to restructure their time-table and the lecturers understand that there are workers in the programme.

3) how much can one get accommodation?
Bed-sitter 80-120k
Self-contain 120-180k
2Bedroom 200-250k
3Bedroom 250-350k

Wait till you have been admitted. After acceptance of admission, take your transcript to them when you go for clearance in PG school. You could still submit it now if you like, but some persons own got missing when they went for clearance so they had to get another transcript from their school.
