GAZZUZZ:
Seems you are missing the koko of the matter, judgment was in favour of FRSC meaning motorists with old number plates will have to comply or be arrested.

Oh lawd my bad. Now I read point number 2 well. Didn't read it well initially.
Tnx for the correction sire.

GAZZUZZ:
1 more appeal left hope the supreme court will side with the people.

Kudos to the judges and also the FRSC executives for expressing satisfaction.

The Corps Marshal & Chief Executive, FRSC Boboye Oyeyemi has expressed satisfaction about the judgement and commended the Judiciary for a clear interpretation of the existing law on number plates and driver's licence. He enjoined motorists to comply with the law while urging them to drive safely as the year winds to a close.

Exactly the way it ought to be done. If it were to be some other parastatals, they won't accept the judgement. They would find means to extort cash from motorists.

Morally speaking, what is the difference between CJTF and BH if Pow's head are to be severed to prove a point. Rather, BH prisoners could be paraded in public and summary secret execution carried out. Beheading is primitive and barbaric.

I sell the Bluetooth versions grudgingly as you have to set them up properly and you of course need an Android phone.

You can get it to work though. The thing is do you want to become a Bluetooth connectivity expert or you just want to scan your car?

Get the stand alone scanner.

Hello sire, how do one get the bluetooth thing to work.
Paired device with android phone. When you launch torque, car icon blinks and then disappears, tells you "adapter not found, trying again..."

NB: I Would not recommend those Bluetooth versions, get a proper plug and play variant.

Guess I would go for the plug and play variant soon cos the bluetooth device failed me

Car Talk › Re: Pls Where Can I Buy The 5w-30 Oil In Abuja? by colossus2: 6:57am On Oct 31, 2014

drhappy:
@utuphbe: the recommended engine oil for the RX300 according to the manual is the synthetic blend not the semisynthetic variant(milemaster's 5w-30). You might just be frying your engine gradually without knowing it. Even the konga site is silent on the Rx despite recommending the oil for V6 of Camry, Highlander & Solara.

For my RX300, below is the oil I used.
Is it okay for it?
How long should I use it before changing?
Which other brand would you recommend for RX300 because I don't know which is synthetic or semi-synthetic?
Regards!!!

restart your fone ,put ur car in ignition, pair device before u lunch the app.

Did all that bro.
There are four icons at the top left hand corner which are supposed to be static.
I think they are
i) signal icon (bluetooth connection)
ii) device icon (ELM)
iii) phone icon
iv) car icon

The car icon would appear and start blinking when you launch the app, then it disappears.
Then the signal icon and device icon keeps blinking.
It can't find device so it can be connected to ECU.

looks like a garbage in garbage out situation. Try a different car, and a different phone.

Used it on a Lexus initially with a phone, it managed to scan just once after much trial in connecting device.

It didn't work again after that scan. Then I tried it on a Camry, paired device and all, but after that phone could not connect to ECU. It didn't find the device even though it was paired.
Then I tried using laptop, it paired but if you want to scan you can't connect to the device

What app are u using?

On android, I installed Torque.
It managed to scan just once, later the phone (Galaxy Tab) failed to see the device.
Then I installed the different apps on PC from the installation CD, laptop still can't connect with the ELM.

Nb: ELM pairs with both gadgets.

I got a bluetooth scanner from konga.
Plugged it to the diagnostics connector.
Did all bluetooth pairing.
But the funny thing is when you launch the app on Android and PC, it fails to connect with the device

A man ran to the police Station because that's what his mind told him to do and he was brought out and killed.

How does that help?
Just say you have no answer.

You get sense at all? Abi you smoke rafia mat?

If your mind tells you to run then run.
If your mind tells you to get to the station then go.
