if you have replaced the batteries with new ones and it's still not working, then the remote has a problem. Replacement is required. Cheers.

Does the ups draw much power from the battery? Someone said that ups draws so much power from the battery. What's your opinion regarding that. Thanks

press the shift botton and then press the *tv1* botton . The problem should be resolved.
