Trendtips:Did the bolt driver deliver the service? If yes, why is the lawmaker refusing to pay? Why not pay and make reports to the bolt driver's company if he was dissatisfied with the service. Refusing to pay should be a criminal offence. Who will pay for the petrol the bolt rider utilized for the delivery if the lawmaker refuses to pay? |
