I still don't know why a Government will not want to develop her country by making some parts of the country band A, band B, band C
and band D... even developed economies know the importance of Electricity in their countries development and thus make electricity affordable to their citizenry without discrimination, not to talk of a country that is still under developed like Nigeria.

I had thought EFCC meant Economic and Financial Crimes Commission... so for NNPC to have come out at that time to say they have invested xyx millions of Dollars in Dangote Refinery, that instantly will translate to share price manipulation only to come and deny afterwards.
