Imagine trying to negotiate with about 30 countries over unfair trade practices. There's bound to be a lot of bottle necks.

Starting or registering a company in Europe is expensive, ease of doing business is something else. It's probably Estonia and a handful of countries who are trying to break some of these barriers.
