Please I need your help on this. I did my biometrics with my dependant on the 7th of July and uptill now my application is still on "received by DMC". I have made several paid calls and paid mails and all they tell me is that our application is under consideration. Two weeks ago after the second escalation, I was sent an empty NSF after which it all went blank again. No communication, nothing. I filed a complaint on Thursday and nothing yet.

Please can you help me
