Please kindly help. Recently my laptop started showing startup repair in which after checking repair it don't discover anything, goes off nd start again....well i gave it to an engineer, he formated it and i lost all files.
But now my problem is, presently, the laptop is saying activate window( 7), infact any program i install willvonly work for a while and authomatically uninstall itwelf.
What may be wrong?

Hello computer gurus in the house. My windows 7 64 bit came with 4gb installed RAM (partition 2 gb each and 3.27 usable). Recently, I noticed my system's speed is slow and it hangs all the time. I went back to my computer's properties and noticed the installed RAM memory is 2 gb (1.88 usable). Can you please tell me what's wrong with the other 2gb RAM. My system is really slow now and it's frustrating my work.
