happens only when you're using earlier versions of windows 10.
Install version 1803, 1809 or the latest 1903...... you'll be fine

220k is ok but if you're not into heavy editing you can go normal GeForce cards and 170k can get you that

I really don't know to be honest. I suspect graphics card failure. My supplier requested i send it back for repair but sending to and back would cost money and time so i decided to cut my losses and sell off

Good point you have there but adding the processor speed does more confusing than convincing especially for the novice.

Tell me how can you convince someone that a core i5 (i5-8300H) with 2.3ghz is far stronger and better than a core i7 (i7-7500U) with 2.7ghz?

I think listing only the full model of the processor is enough info for both the savvy and noobs to make a decision. Who wants to know more about the processor can Google about that particular processor model and get all the needed info

The important things to know about processor are
. The generation
and
. The suffix on it...ie HQ, U, M, HK etc HQ and HK are more powerful

You already corrupted the one you have installed. And you can't install windows like an app from a flash drive, you'll have to copy it to desktop or use the flash and do a clean install from BIOS/UEFI

And the CD ROM doesn't work anymore.

hard drive is heavily fragmented if not already dying
Go and buy a new drive, if possible get an SSD this time and do a clean install of windows. you'll be back to normal
