Nigeria Customs Honored by Canada for Recovering 65 Stolen Luxury Vehicles The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) has been recognized by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) for its pivotal role in recovering 65 luxury vehicles stolen from Canada and illegally brought into Nigeria. At a formal ceremony held at the Canadian High Commission in Abuja, Canada’s High Commissioner, Pasquale Salvaggio, presented an award to the Comptroller-General of Customs, Bashir Adewale Adeniyi. He praised the NCS for its critical contributions to dismantling international networks involved in car theft and drug smuggling.
