Our able and Dynamic Gov. Uduaghan has virtually fulfilled most of his campaign promises to Deltans as clearly evidenced and seen by the world. As the tenure of Gov. Uduaghan draws to a close, Delta State as one of the leading Economies in Nigeria requires a replica of Gov. Uduaghan who have the interest of deltans at heart, humble, honest, sincere and genuinely willing to continue from where Gov. Emmanuel E. Uduaghan stopped. This is a key consideration for the selection of an Ndokwa man to become the next Governor.

Uduaghan fought to secure shall be sustained to its fullest as Ndokwa’s are known all over the Globe as peace loving and very accommodating people hence Deltans will go to sleep with their both eyes closed.

Having considered the peculiarity of Delta State, the ethnic configuration, the gimmick and politics of oil production, the vote to have an Ndokwa Man as the next Governor of Delta State shall be a dream come true which is unanimous.

The positivism that Ndokwa land have linkages with most parts of the other ethnic enclaves in the state is obvious as it greatly embraces the Aniocha’s, Ika’s, Ijaw’s, Isoko’s Itsekiri’s and the Urhobos, both in marriages and inter-personal relationships. Therefore, Ndokwa Land is the bridge between Delta Central Senatorial District, Deltal South Senatorial District and Delta North Senatorial District. Therefore, Ndokwan’s are the only ethnic nationality in Delta State that has cultural elements of all other ethnic nationalities as part of theirs.

Ndokwa land constitutes an income stream into the coffers of Delta State Government though its oil production which no ethnic group in Delta North Senatorial District can measure places Ndokwa land above other ethnic groups in Delta North.

The clock have been ticking for years but now is the time for an Ndokwa man to be given the deserved and rightful opportunity to pilot the affairs of Delta State by providing good leadership to the good people of Delta State as practiced and exhibited by our very own brother and Gov. E. Uduaghan. It is on record that since 1999 to date, Delta State have seen the swift emergence of Chief James Ibori an Urhobo from Delta Central Senatorial District from 1999 to 2007 and our beloved and the most humblest Governor in the country today, our beloved Gov. E. Uduaghan from Delta South Senatorial District from 2007 to 2015.

Therefore, its unequivocally and undoubtedly the turn of Delta North Senatorial District to produce the next Governor and putting all factors into account and consideration, Ndokwa land excels and surpasses other ethnic groups from Delta North Senatorial District in producing the next Chief Security Officer/Executive Governor of the State.

The Ndokwa Agenda stance is factual and meritorious as a deal breaker in the convoluted arguments and politics of Delta North and the State will not encourage animosity and mediocrity. Ndokwa nationality occupies a central position with other ethnic groups and this will enhance empathy and greater development across Delta State. Another key factor is Ndokwa’s land enviable economic position in Delta State which houses oil reserves in excess of about 3.0 billion barrels of crude oil and home to the largest non-associated gas reserves in West Africa in excess of about 150 trillion standard cubic fee of gas. Also Ndokwa land host NOAC operated multi-billion dollars Kwale/Okpai Independent Power Plant which currently generates 480 megawatts of electricity to the National Grid which accounts between 18%-22% of current national electricity output. In Agriculture, Ndokwa has good arable and fertile land that can feed 15%-20% of the entire nation if well harnessed as the soil had being tested and found suitable for both cash and non-cash crops. Hon Prince Sam Obi, (c) Chief Simeon Ebonka and (4) Chief Benjamin S.C. Elue.

(2) Though an Ndokwa/Ukwuani Man has been a Senator in the past, so has been Aniocha/Oshimili and Ika nationalities as follows: Sen. Obi Nosike Ikpo and Sen. (Dr.) Ifeanyi Okowa (currently serving).

(3) Ndokwa has produced a Speaker of Delta State House of Assembly whose tenure was short lived just once (Rt. Hon. Olise Imegwu) whereas Aniocha/Oshimili have produced Speakers twice as follows: Rt. Hon. Victor O. Ochei and Rt. Hon. Peter Onwusanya (Current Speaker). Also Ika ethic nationality have produced Speakers twice as follows: Rt. Hon. Martin Okonta and Rt. Hon. Prince Sam Obi.
