PoliticsRe: The Catholic Priest & Jewish PR Czar Who Promoted The Biafran Genocide Lie by confusedlady(f): 9:32pm On Sep 19, 2024
AuschwitzPrefec:
There's no point trying to convince this current generation of Ibos or even the next one's to come on the lies they have been fed.

The only thing we should do is to educate our people on the truth especially the current generation and those to come not to ever buy into biafran war propaganda which was designed primarily to guilt trip Nigerians.

No point arguing with them
Go through this thread and see how they are all attacking me for reposting this now declassified truth on the myth of Nigerian soldiers genociding biafran civilians.

You commented on the other thread I did trying to expose the hidden truth about biafran war criminals and the atrocities they committed so-called minority people in the Midwest and those trapped in Biafra. That thread was eerily empty. But previous topics I did on this same hideous past citing academic research by one Prof Akpan and another thread referencing first hand recollection by Douglas-Gtaham were filled with so much venom by our so-called innocent victims all claiming it was all lies.

To them, only them can be championed as victims in that war because it is the only thing they use in justifying the madness known as Biafra and the atrocities they committed on the minority people.

Stop trying to convince them. Even if Christ Himself came down and told them this same truth , they will curse Him and label Him a false messiah.
Lol.....😆😆😁
Actually why I consistently and constantly burst their lies is because of the young and Impressionable Nigerians from other tribes who have been guilt tripped all their lives by Ibo propaganda and falsehood. These young Nigerians do not know history because it is not taught in schools. They are regularly exposed to Ibo lies and revisionism of the history of the civil war and what led to it.
In fact if left alone the Ibo will completely rewrite the history of Nigeria with themselves as victims in order to guilt trip every other tribe in the country.
Well,we cannot allow that to happen and that is why I regularly scour these threads and immediately call them to order and expose Ibo lies and falsehood with facts and figures.
We must continue to do this for our generations yet unborn or else the Ibo will use lies to guilt trip them from their mothers wombs.

Broveens42:
You are a very gifted writer, but I would advise you do away with alcohol.

In trying to be factual about war scenarios; where both elements of the divide must suffer casualties, you deliberately trivialized the concept of genocide which is premeditated before actions.

Northern riots and killings of igbos ( pre aburi)
Premeditated ( aburi)
Civil war on the soil of eastern Nigeria ( post aburi)

The truth is that propaganda fears facts.

Now the question I want to ask the op.
If there was no genocide on the part of the Igbo, why was the 3R program mapped out by same fg for the igbos and not the minority he claimed was slaughtered?

Why is there a war museum in South east that points to the fact that acts of genocide were committed in the course of self defense?

What does the bunkers scattered all over Imo, abia, Anambra , and old Enugu suggest?

These are intelligent questions people should ask and not dwell on beer parlor talk.
Very infantile analysis as usual. Just look at someone who sounds inebriated accusing another of imbibing.
This thread shows you clearly that the talk of genocide was purchased by Odumegwu Ojukwu with promissory notes to a public relations firm and when payment was not forthcoming the PR man switched to the Nigerian side for a higher fee.
While I admit there might have been killings on both sides of the divide and certain war crimes on both the Nigeria and Biafra sides,it must be pointed out that most of the Biafra claims are highly exaggerated and embellished.
It is just the usual Ibo game of playing the victim, rather than accept the consequences of their folly.
Nnamdi Kanu and his lunatic acolyte Simon Ekpa are on a road to perdition currently but the Ibo leadership of Ohaneze will never call them to order until the shoe is on the other foot and the long arm of the law is applied. That is when you will see the Ibo leadership at their best playing the victim and pleading for their release.
PoliticsRe: The Catholic Priest & Jewish PR Czar Who Promoted The Biafran Genocide Lie by confusedlady(f): 7:03pm On Sep 19, 2024
This thread is a glaring proof that there is no tribe as good as the Ibo at starting an insurrection/anarchy and then using propaganda and falsehood to appear as victims.

After the Nigeria-Biafra civil war all other tribes accepted the Federal government mantra of No victor and no vanquished as the beginning of a new dawn except the Ibo.
They rather dug into their repertoire of propaganda and through their intelligentsia comprising of people like Chinua Achebe, the plagiarist Cyprian Ekwensi and Uche Chukwumerije began to subtly rewrite all the history and events that led to the civil war.
These lies have been consistently and constantly fed to the young generations that did not witness the civil war as the truth. These lies are what Nnamdi Kanu and his deranged acolyte Simon Ekpa are currently using to bamboozle their demented followers.
Threads like this are very important to highlight the truth.
All the Ibo supremacists who open threads of falsehood and lies everyday on this forum will avoid this thread of truth.

Goldstein switches sides, gets paid $35,000 by Nigeria to undo his lies on the world stage

Lolz 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

This is just too funny

Enjoy:

However, The Milwaukee Journal of 14 August 1968 told a different story. The paper reported that Goldstein was given $35,000 down payment in cash for his resignation by the Federal Government in place of the worthless $1miilion Biafran bonds he was carrying about. Even his resignation letter was worded for him. According to a confidential State Department document cabled to the US Embassy in Lagos on 17 July, Goldstein met with Iyalla, Nigeria’s Ambassador to US, on 16 July 1968 and offered to reverse all the PR successes he had done for Biafra. He suggested that he would help organise a world press conference at which Gowon would passionately plead with Ojukwu to allow his people to come out of the bush and be fed. This, Goldstein argued, would switch the perception of Gowon as the starver of children they had created in the eyes of the world back to Ojukwu and the Biafran government. Goldstein also suggested that Nigerian planes should drop food and leaflets pointing to relief centres on starving Biafran territories, but this should only be done when foreign reporters were there.

The cable concluded: “The fact is that Goldstein has not received payment from the Biafrans is obviously the reason for the switch, but he didn’t reveal (to us) the price he is quoting to the Federal Government. He continues to negotiate with Iyalla and awaiting decision from Lagos.”

A month later, the cable of 14 August 1968 opened with: “The (State) Department has noted with interest the Federal Government’s leaflets drop in rebel-held areas.” A sum of $35,000 had changed hands.

PoliticsRe: The Untold Story Of Biafran Ochestrated Genocide On Midwest People by confusedlady(f): 6:16pm On Sep 19, 2024
AuschwitzPrefec:
A confidential report of 15 October 1967 recorded that “as the Biafrans retreated from Benin to Agbor, they killed all the men, women and children they could find who were not Igbos. The town of Abudu, one of the larger places between Agbor and Benin lost virtually of its population with the exception of a small proportion that fled into the bush”. Anthony Charles Stephens, an expatriate teacher from Britain, was killed when he refused to surrender his car to the retreating Biafran forces. Father Coleman, an Irish priest, said before Biafran troops left Agbor “without a fight”, they killed off most of “non-Ibo men, women and children.”

This was the same scenario as Biafran troops retreated from the coastal and minority regions in the SS.

In a border town with present day Abia, non Ibos were slaughtered to bear extinction.

In the torture and horror chambers that had become notorious as detention centres operated by the occupying Biafran forces, retreating Biafran troops made sure to murder the remaining unfortunate inmates in their cells. In one such biafran detention centre in present day Akwa Ibom ,that was used as a torture and killing centre of wholly minority civilians whom the biafrans had no liking to, all over 200 inmates were shot before the retreat.

Madness.
The minority tribes will always be an endangered species in the context of Biafra and Ibo supremacy.
What the minorities went through in the hands of Odumegwu Ojukwu and his mindless ravaging hoardes during the Nigeria-Biafra civil war is a pointer to the fate that awaits any minority tribe in alignment with a Biafra nation in any name, shape or size. They will be less than slaves and serfs in an Ibo dominated society.

His being an Ibo supremacist — a lunatic or sociopath for that matter — means absolutely nothing to do this though. I don't understand why you don't see this yourself. undecided

You claim that the reason why Ijele is behind bars has to do with the petitions written by a bunch of people. Nigerian citizens aren't meant to be arrested or treated illegally based on the content of any report or petition, written by whomever. So, the problem here isn't the supposed petition that was written by the fact that the Nigeria Police Force blatantly violates the Law in the handling of this case. The Ijele who is a citizen of the country is being illegally detained, not by the supremacists, but by the government. The report has it that he met his bail requirements and Section 35 of the Nigerian Constitution requires he be released on bail. So, why is the government refusing to abide by the Law? That should be what every Nigerian citizen, regardless of his leaning or mental aptitude, should be focused on. undecided
Madam,
At times I don't understand you.
I never quoted you. You quoted me first on an issue you have no idea about.
The person I quoted to correct did not respond because we know each other very well in the politics section.
You that had no idea of what was going on flew off the tangent and started a totally unnecessary argument.
Please I don't have time for this. Despite the fact I know your stock in trade from the Religion section I decided to respond to you calmly but apparently you just want to argue as usual. I don't do pointless arguments but if you are so inclined you are free to start one between YOU and YOURSELF. Good luck while you are at it.

Get things right for Pete's sake....I am totally in agreement that Ijele's human rights are being violated as a human being.
However what I am against is the people whose petitions and complaints put him in the situation for his human rights to be violated are the ones LYING and spreading PROPAGANDA that he was working for the Nigeria government. Does it make a modicum of sense for the Nigeria government to continually violate the human rights of a person said to be working for it?
If Ijele was putting up write ups against Biafra/IPOB on behalf of Tinubu, APC and Nigeria government, does it make any sense for the same Tinubu, APC and Nigeria government to continue to violate his human rights?
If Ijele was working for Tinubu, APC and Nigeria government would it not be more sensible to release and free him to go and write more missives against Biafra/IPOB?

The treatment this man is receiving today has nothing to do with a petition. Let's at least be honest with that. The corruption and ineptitude of government is to blame for why a mere petition that may have been compiled of falsehood is being used as a reason to deprive this man of his constitutional right - section 35 of the Constitution. The people may do stewpid things but that should not be used as justification for the imbe_cility on the part of those who are to abide by the Constitution in this. undecided
My dear,

Everyone knows that Ijele landed in the spot he Is in because of relentless petitions by Ibos against his threads and write ups.
The person I quoted tried as usual to spread his lies by claiming Ijele was used and dumped by the Federal government. This is a lie being passed off as the truth by Ibos. So if Ijele was working for Tinubu, APC and the Nigeria government, why is he still in detention? It is not rocket science.

The Coat Of Arms of the old Eastern Region, or what is today known as South/South and South East with the exception of Delta and Edo States.

The man with a spear is symbolic of those in power defending the people, the attire was the most common worn in the Eastern Region.

The rising sun is a symbol of the East, and the eleven rays represent the eleven provinces that made up the Eastern Region

The Leopard is a symbol of power, the Eagle represent vigilance and the Tusk represents prestige

The three interlocking rings represents wealth, a type of currency used in the old days

In May 1967 , Lt Colonel Gowon announced decree 14, which abolished the 4 Region's Nigeria had, including the Eastern Region, in violation of the agreement he signed in Aburi, Ghana, with Ojukwu. In response, Ojukwu declared the Eastern Region as the Republic of Biafra

The rising sun and the colours of the coat of arms of the Eastern Region became the new flag of Biafra, the man with the spear was removed and replaced by another Leopard and this became the new coat of arms of Biafra

Early morning lies and falsehood as usual from a merchant of deception and propaganda.
Your forebear Ignatius Ironsi was the person who abolished the regional system of government in Nigeria by promulgating decree 4 of 1966.
As per the Aburi accord,Yakubu Gowon made so many concessions to the erratic Odumegwu Ojukwu in order to avoid going to war over Biafra but Ojukwu kept on pushing buttons making outrageous and outlandish demands because he thought Gowon was a coward who would not declare war. Well in hindsight we all know how that ended.

The Nigerian Police have long been into propaganda to fool Nigerians. The Police know that all it takes to fool the average Nigerian is a few staged pictures, a statement, and the Nigerian will believe whatever they are told, and never question what they are shown. Yesterday 16th September, the Anambra State Police released this statement

After which they released pictures of the recovered 5 bombs, bullets, and bottles of petrol and the damaged Police Station

So what is wrong with all this? Speed.

Armed men attack a Police Station with arms and ammunition, bombs and petrol. Less than 12 hours later, the Police already know who did it, they have paraded 5 bombs they obviously have had no time to diffuse yet, they show you bottles of petrol that men who had bombs came with, and a few bullets.

Now tell me you don't know this was staged?

Amaka Sonnberger is the Canadian based Igbo woman who recently went viral for calling for the poisoning of Yoruba's and Bini people. It was even reported that she was arrested by the Canadian authorities

She not only debunked the arrest claim, she also revealed why she made the threat of poisoning.

According to her, she joined Tik-Tok about 4 months
ago and was shocked by some of the FYP's she visited that had Bini people calling for the killing of Igbos and the destruction of their properties, heavily supported by Yoruba's. She said that Yorubas and Bini were the two tribes that were constantly calling for the Igbos to be harmed in Nigeria. She said before, during, and after Endbadgovernance protest, Yoruba's blamed Igbos for being behind the protest, threatened Igbos, despite most Igbos not joining the protest

She revealed the the straw that broke the Camels back, and provoked her to threaten to poison Bini's and Yoruba's was when an Austrian based Bini guy came on Tik-Tok and called on Nigerians to kill all Igbo children wherever they may be

Finally she revealed that the Nigerian government wrote the Canadian authorities that she was a terrorist, and they invited her for questioning. But when she played various tapes of those who were calling for Igbo children to be killed, they released her to go, and wrote back to the Nigerian government to do more on integration

You have been shown Gowons decree 14 that abolished the 4 Region's Nigeria had, and created 12 states

You have been shown Gowons decree 15 that ended resource control and ushered in full blown unitary rule

So what is the argument here? That Ironsi unified the civili service under one command? That's what happens in military rule. But did he change the structure of Nigeria?

Where in this did it say that the Region's no longer had resource control

Now look at Gowons Decree 14 which states on page one that the 4 Region's where hereby abolished, and 12 states, with their names, created to replace them

Decree 15 the suspended sections 141 and 164 tgat deals with resource control
Gidgiddy,
Is it that you are so ignorant or is your problem based on English compression or are you up to your usual mischief and Ibo rascality?

Decree 34 unified the whole country under a supreme leadership. All employees of the region became appointees of Ironsi. He could hire and fire any of the military governors that he appointed. All resources became domiciled in the centre. The centre became stronger and destroyed the regions. The regions became mere appendages of the centre while before they had their autonomy and the centre was weaker.
I posted a link to download the entire PDF of Decree 34 of 1966. Use it. We can not continue going round in circles.
The reason Ironsi lost his life was because he was going round the country trying to appeal to the people to accept the abrogation of the powers and autonomy of the regions. He had visited the North and on July 29th 1966 was in Ibadan to continue explaining the reasons for Decree 34 when he met his Waterloo.

I could write the same long essay about Murtala Mohammeds coup, Babangida's coup, Buhari's coup and Abacha's coup. In coups, the ring leaders are usually from the same part of the country , nothing new, even if casualty rate may differ

What I said if if anyone calls it an Igbo coup, the Murtala Mohammeds coup must be called an "Hausa coup", Babangida's coup a Gwari coup, Buhari's coup a Fulani coup and Abacha's coup a Kanuri coup

Since Murtala Mohammed, who led a "Hausa coup", was put on the N20 note, had Airports and buildings named after him, Nigeria has to consider putting Nzeogwu on the next currency to be introduced, and an Airport named after Ifeajuna

Since Babangida, who led a "Gwari coup", was made GCFR, it is only fitting if Anuforo and Onwuatuegwu should be given national honours

Since Buhari, who led a Fulani coup, was elected civilian President, Chukwuka should be considered qualified to be President

😆

They only remember that coup should have ethnic tag if they see Igbo name

They only remember there is insecurity and criminality in Nigeria if they see Igbo name

Bear in mind that the Ibo mutineers also killed innocent by standers such as wives, children, drivers and personal secretaries.

Lie number 5: That Ibos are the problem of Nigeria.

There is no tribe with the propensity to initiate an action and not expect a reaction like the Ibo.
Actions attract reactions. You as a people can not continually stoke actions and not expect a reaction. In 1966 on the 15th of Jauary the Military arm of the Ibo instigated a coup and murdered in cold blood the entire political and military leadership of all other tribes in Nigeria while cunningly protecting, maintaining and saving their own military and political leadership and not expect a reaction.

The Ibo have been known to be welcomed to a territory like Lagos or Portharcourt and turn round after settlement to claim these territories are NO MAN LANDS!
This is an attitude no other tribe can try in Enugu,Onitsha or Aba without grave repercussions. Yet the Ibo do this on a regular basis trying to claim people's home town, and ancestral lands are NO MAN LANDS!
They stoke these embers of fire and yet expect not to recieve a burning reaction. The funniest thing is that after instigating this reaction the Ibo will quickly turn round to claim and play victim trying to shift the blame on to other tribes.

Lie number 4:That Nnamdi Azikiwe did not oppose the insertion of secession in the constitution.

As usual the OP who is a supporter of the terrorist organisation IPOB is trying to be clever by half. Gidgiddy knows these facts are on the Internet. I even posted a thread about this issue on this forum.
You may like to read up on Nnamdi Azikiwe's 1953 speech opposing inclusion of a secession clause in the constitution at this link.

https://www.nairaland.com/8150566/nnamdi-azikiwes-1953-speech-opposing

Nnamdi Azikiwe who was a closet Ibo Supremacist who always masquraded this with his false Pan Africanism. In 1953 Azikiwe was totally opposed to Secession because he thought his political party NCNC was in pole position to win the forth coming election and as such propagate Ibo supremacy agenda. This was the main reason why Azikiwe opposed a secession clause in the constitution and never for love of a united Nigeria.

Lie number 3: That Odumegwu Ojukwu did not start the Nigeria/Biafra war.

The greatest lie and propaganda that the Ibo pushed about the Nigeria civil war was that General Yakubu Gowon did not keep to the terms of the Aburi accord. Nothing can be further from the truth. Gowon at great personal risk went out of his way to try to to pander to all Ojukwu's demands to avoid a war but Ojukwu kept on changing and making varied and greedy demands thinking Gowon would not commit his troops.

You may like to visit the link below to read the Aburi accord in its entirety but here basically is a summary.

Members agree that the legislative and executive authority of the Federal Military Government should remain in the Supreme Military Council, to which any decision affecting the whole country shall be referred for determination provided that where it is possible for a meeting to be held the matter requiring ...

Lie number2: That General Aguiyi-Ironsi did not abolish regionalism and did not introduce unitary rule.

What was the decree 34 of Nigeria in 1966?
The unification decree of May 1966 promulgated by Ironsi, leading to the abolition of regional system of government – Historically speaking, the West and North have always believed in the regional system of government as the best form of government for a multiethnic like Nigeria, however this was taken away by Ironsi, ...

The less said about this lie,the better. Those who are able may like to read the story of Decree 34 of 1966 in the link below. The decree completely unified and automatically abolished the autonomy of the regions. The regions became centralised under a unified system headed by a Supreme Commander Head of State. All regional governments became his appointees whom he could hire and fire at his whims. I don't even understand how any rational being with a modicum of English comprehension could even attempt to debate this but then knowing the OP Gidgiddy and his mischief, nothing is beyond him in his agenda to prove Ibo supremacy and shift blame to others.
Below is the link to Decree number 34 of 1966 you may like to download the PDF and read the details.

1. Lie number 1: That the January 15th 1966 coup was not an Ibo coup.

The January 15th 1966 coup was a coup carried out by the Military wing of the Ibo nation. It was a further propagation of Ibo supremacy agenda which Nnamdi Azikiwe had failed to achieve through political means. To understand the January 1966 coup properly and in perspective, you need to go back to speeches made by prominent Ibo sons in the 1940s,50s and early 60s propagating the Ibo as a superior race in Africa. In fact in 1945 Charles Dadi Onyeama laid claim at an Ibo union address that the,"DOMINATION OF NIGERIA AND AFRICA, BY THE IBOS IS ONLY A MATTER OF TIME."
Following closely in 1949 at Aba, Nnamdi Azikiwe also made a tribal and inciting speech where he proclaimed that, "GOD HAD SPECIALLY CREATED AND CHOSEN THE IBO TO DOMINATE AND RULE NIGERIA AND AFRICA."
This tribal and supremacy Ibo agenda was drummed into all Ibos that they were born to lead other tribes in Nigeria. However by 1960 at independence, the Ibo found themselves with the short end of the stick. Nnamdi Azikiwe was a toothless ceremonial President ,while the executive and political power was domiciled in the hands of the Prime Minister Tafawa Balewa, who was an acolyte of the Sardauna of Sokoto and Northern Premier Ahmadu Bello.
This made the Ibo become disgruntled that their born to rule agenda was being defeated and as such the turned to their military arm in the Nigeria Army in order to wrestle power from the North.

It is pertinent to note that in order to carry out this political and tribal coup they needed an excuse that would seem altruistic and not selfish so they needed a reason and an agenda.
The agenda they chose was corruption and the freedom of Obafemi Awolowo who was incarcerated in Calabar prison by the Balewa government.
The main protagonists of the coup were Ibo but they decided to include a other nominal members such as the misled and decieved Major Ademoyega.
Here are the names of the leaders of the January 15th 1966 coup in Nigeria.

1. Major Chukwuma Nzeogwu. -Ibo
2. Major Emmanuel Ifeajuna-Ibo.
3. Major Chris Anuforo. -Ibo.
4. Major Humphrey Chukwuka. -Ibo.
5. Major Timothy Onwategwu. -Ibo.
6. Major Donatus Okafor.-Ibo.
7. Major Adewale Ademoyega. -Yoruba.

You may decide to be the judge of the composition of the leaders of this coup and tell me if the domination of Ibo does not make this an Ibo coup.

Proceeding further you see that the Ibo in their usual cunning and crafty way slaughtered and murdered political and military leaders of ALL other tribes while cunningly protecting and saving leaders from their side. This was to be expected since Major Ifeajuna was a relative and kinsman of Nnamdi Azikiwe and was only carrying out the Ibo supremacist agenda.

Names of the victims of the coup:

1. Sir Tafawa Balewa.-Hausa.
2. Samuel Akintola-Yoruba.
3. Sir Ahmadu Bello. -Fulani.
4. Festus Okoti-Eboh.-Itsekiri.
5. Brigadier Samuel Ademulegun-Yoruba.
6. Brigadier Zakariya Maimalari-Kanuri.
7. Colonel Kur-Kanuri.
8. Colonel Abogo Largema-Plateau.
9. Colonel James Pam.-Become.
10. Colonel Ralph Shodeinde-Yoruba.
11. Sergeant Daramola Oyegoke. Yoruba. This was a cold blooded murder as this Sergeant was decieved by Nzeogwu that they were going on a routine exercise but when the attack on the Sardauna's house was about to begin and the Sergeant realised this was a coup he immediately refused to take part and was shot dead by Nzeogwu for refusing to obey orders.
12. Constable Yohanna Garkawa.
13. Constable Akpan Anduka.
14. Constable Hagai Lai.
15. Phillip Lawande.
16. Corporal Musa Nimzo.
17. Mr Ahmed Ben Musa.
18. Mrs Hafsatu Bello.
19. Mrs Lateefat Ademulegun.
20. Zarumi Sardauna.
21. Ahmed Pategi.
22. Lt Col Arthur Unegbe-Ibo.

You may like to be the judge of the names of the people killed if it represents a geographical spread of the country and take note that the only Ibo man killed Lt Colonel Arthur Unegbe was the quater master general of the Nigeria Army. When you check what the duty of the quarter master general is then you will understand why he was killed.
