Properties120k Buys You A Plot Of Land In Abuja by connect2danny(op): 12:27am On Jul 06, 2015
You don't have to own an erected structure to become a landlord or landlady. If you do posses a piece of land in your own title, you are already one and Abuja is a place where development spreads like wildfire.

For instance one could drive past a remote place that used to be typical bush with grazing Fulani herdsmen. That same undeveloped grassland can change overnight, with tarred roads and estates springing up from all angles in such a way that a passerby 2 years ago will be left completely stunned on visiting thesame place.
The above description is a scenario of how development occur in Abuja.

What does it take to own a land in Abuja?
Of course we all know that the value of properties in a place like Abuja appreciates exponentially and that's why most people are finding it difficult to secure one. In Abuja, the prices of most properties ranges between a few millions to billions of Naira making it practically unaffordable by many average people.

Here is the strategy: Plan ahead of time by securing land in an undeveloped place, let it be for some time (like 3-5 years) to allow development and government presence encroach inn, then you can start building at your own pace.

Have you ever plan to own at least a plot of land in a place like Abuja?

BusinessInvestors Wanted In Abuja (gold Mining) by connect2danny(op):
We need investors that have the drive & passion to partner with us in mining alluvial gold and its ores from a farmland in remote part of Abuja. All preliminary arrangement with the owner of the farm and local chiefs have been concluded (which grants access to the site and ability to mine on small scale for a short period), but workings to secure a mining right from Federal Ministry of Mines and steel (Cadastral office) is underway.

There are basically two categories of investors we are looking for.

1. Investors with ore processing facilities that will be interested in buying gold ores (Rock Quartz & sulfides laden with tiny granules/veins of gold).

2. Investors that will come inn as full partner in both mining and processing. In this case the investor partly funds and provide some basic machinery & logistic infrastructure to enable swift mining/processing operations. For a start, these will include and are not limited to

a. A small rock crusher.
b. Milling machine
c. Water Storage tanks
d. Chemicals for gold recovery (if applicable).
e. Haulage truck.

In the meantime, human labour will be employed. Heavy machines like bulldozers and excavators will be onsite after production output have been clearly ascertained.

pls share some info, I don't plan on visiting the embassy not until the day of my appointment cuz u leave far from Abuja. I am still arranging my papers, i got the criminal record character yesterday, made payment today and booking an appointment by nxt week. Course starts 1 October,2015. Pls share some info bro
Its nothing more than what is stated on their website. No touts and racketeers around the building, The officials were very friendly, took their time to explain the entire process bit by bit.

Depending on the school, payment of tuition before interview is not mandatory. Translation of documents (basically Criminal record character and medical report) has to be done by a translator recommended by the embassy and am personally yet to do mine.

Based on what I inquire from one of the officials, the embassy are more interested in the balance on bank statement. letter of sponsorship from sponsor may not necessarily be translated

They used to be written exams. while I was there, another official told me that some students were currently writing exams, verbal visa interview commence just after the written test.

I visited the embassy today for enquiries

Demaejy:
1- The embassy have their own translator as of last time I checked. Check the embassy website, you will see the contact of him.

2 - Yes, at least first semester tuition. If you have checked the visa requirements you will see " Proof of tuition payment "

3 - Check the embassy website they explained everything in detailed. Note that he must have money on his own account as well as his sponsor making two statement of accounts and you must show your debit card. No sane embassy ignores the importance of inflow and outflow of cash in a account. Avoid money lodgement.

4 - It is advised to use Government General/State Hospital in your state.

Hope have answered your questions? Goodluck
much thanks bro, I so much appreciate your kind contribution.

Hello house, A friend of mine was recently admitted for a masters program to czech university of life science CULS, and I need someone in the house to clarify us on:
1. How can he do the translation of documents to czech language here in Abuja

2. Must the tuition fees be paid before going to the embassy

3. What minimum balance should be on his bank statement (are the embassy officials concerned about cash flow, because he wants to just lodge like 800k and immediately print out the bank statement).

4. Which of the hospitals can provide the medical certificate.

Thanks
