Here comes another achievement of Conscience Homes all glory to God Almighty who made it possible. This very big structure as can see is a two story building of 60ftx60ft we have just concluded in port Harcourt Rivers state, Nigeria and is in full operation as a Hospital. When we achieve a brief like this, the Client is satisfied, the government body in charged and people in the locality are happy, while the Architect and his team walks away full of joy.

Design /planing is about meeting the right team while realising it is about working with the sincere and capable team. We have satisfied another client who believes he has little or no land compared to his brief. a half plot he told us, want a bedroom flat with a small room which can serve for any emergency making it two bedroom flat, and two different self contained having there kitchen and sit out too. minimum room size 12x12ft apart from conveniences and other facilities. also was able to carve out a parking space in the d same half plot as u can see in the 3d drawing. the long open space in front of the building is the approved access road for the area. our ultimate desire is to satisfy our clients no matter the challenges.

This is a pent house and 5 bedroom apartment down stairs we have 3 rooms, a big lounge with a void up an Ante room, gas kitchen, store ,dining, two staircases, sit out. all rooms are self contained. up stairs we have masters bedroom and madams bedroom with all facilities and family lounge and balconies for relaxation and look out via aesthetics. portable swimming pool position has been created in front of the house left side while the rightside serious calculations have been made driving to the back yard 3 cars comfortably.
