Pls I need to book an appointment with VFS this February, I have been checking but no dates are available, how do I go about it

Mine is not for job seeking, I am going for study visa.. I actually booked an appointment with the embassy last year and my date was Jan 16th this year but on getting to Abuja I was told to book another appointment with VFS and I have been trying since then , pls was it portal also opened for study visa on the 30th?

Pls I need to book appointments with VFS this February, I have been waiting for it to open, pls who has any idea of when dates will be available?
