A reputable software consulting firm located in Lagos State, Nigeria is recruiting to fill the position of an Office Admin:

Requirements:
• A degree in a relevant field with a minimum of second class upper (2.1).
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Above average proficiency in Ms Office applications like; Ms word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Good Customer Relationship Management skills.
• Work under pressure and with little or no supervision
• Ability to develop a work schedule, set goals, create / implement action plans and monitor progress towards goals.
• Knowledge of standard office policies and procedures.
• Skill in developing and maintaining effective working relationships.
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy/confidentiality.
• Ability to undertake self-directed tasks when necessary.
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
• Between the ages of 23-27. (Female preferably)
• 6months – 2 years (not more than 2 years) work experience in similar position is required.
