I didn't, but I've sent NLNG an email incase it means something.

Exactly, which means it's not necessary. I'd say go with just first and last.

I think middle name should be there but the arrangement is what is confusing me. Should it be Last name + First name + Middle name OR First name + Middle name + Last name

Haha, fair point 😅. You are probably right — for Graduate Trainee recruitment, NLNG usually does the entire assessment centre in one day. My earlier comment was more of a general note for other types of assessment centres where some companies split stages.
You are right though, spreading it over multiple days for 50 to 100 candidates would be logistically expensive and unnecessary. Thanks for clarifying! 👍

It’s tiring what nlng be putting us through but I advice that you keep mailing them. Me I called too, I gave them no breathing space. I also reached out to SHL and they told me that it’s from nlng hence I need to contact them so the last mail I sent was me telling them that SHL said that it’s from their end. And that they need permission to do anything. Nlng still didn’t mail or reply me. But they reset my test… plus now they no longer at work, till 8:30 am

They eventually told me what happened and asked me by to contact nlng

Thank you for your response. I’ve mailed NLNG 3 times now but haven’t gotten a response still. What email did you use please? Let it not be that I’m using the wrong email.
