Had similar issue in paying my acceptance fee which the bank worker used remita platform to make the payment; but i called FUTA Computer Resource Centre (CRC) regards to that which solution was proffer to me. by going to the bank and ask the bank worker to used their mail to forward your details to the school computer resource centre
