He should have help with the repair or speak with the technician that repaired it the first time. The balancer and bms are items that can be easily identified too. He should reach out to you and fix this battery and make amends. Customer service is not an easy job but when you put yourself in the situation the customer is in, it will easily guide you on how to treat the customer. I am sure he will want a good closure on this and should reach out to you asap; please be very open to an amicable solution too.

I got my laptop powerbank in 2022 for 70 or 80k and that lady hasn't gotten same product restocked in a while. Though a month ago she told me she has another laptop powerbank. If he checks on Jumia, he would see powerstations by Ecoflow and Oraimo. That is the one I want to get, as the current powerbank (though portable), came with preselected ports and none matches my laptop.

Sister, i recommend you give our Laptop Powerbank a try. I promised you won't be disappointed.

Good one!
