How? Please explain how I'm putting myself in the friendzone

There is this babe I like. Unlike other girls who I just see as sex partners this one is different. She is very intelligent and well mannered. She is the only girl I've ever met that can match me intellectually. When I have conversations with her she actually makes me reevaluate my views. She's very informed and very open minded. I'm also very attracted to her so you can understand how I feel about her.

But the problem is she has a boyfriend. I know I bleeped up in telling her that I'm falling in love with her, which is true. But I shouldn't have gone that far. But I've talked dirty with her many times sha. I've told her all the things I'll want to do to her. But this girl is too guarded and she's a virgin. She dey do like all this church girls sef. But in secret she's has dirty thoughts which she's told me about.

From our conversation it's obvious shes not in love with her boyfriend and probably not even attracted to him that much. She told me she used to be very sexually attracted to me but she has buried the desires. When we talk and I get sexual she tells me to stop because she is getting wet. Last time she saw me she was gushing about how cute I am. But yet she says she doesn't want to get sexual with me because she doesn't want it to affect our friendship.
