That does not mean that Iran is doing anything significant. If Israel sent 100 miss to Iran all of them will hit targets but if Iran send 100 less than 10 may hit targets. So who is more superior and have better intelligence and superiority.

That is what differentiates Israel from Iran. If Israel started launching missiles at Iran the way Iran is doing to Israel, thousands of civilians would die within days because Iran has no air defense system and no bunkers for civilians. If things got out of hand, Iran would receive the biggest hit.
