Sorry for the misinformation, he was never a member of PDP. He was labeled a member of PDP by some aggrieved members APC in protest to his nomination as a minister while he is not a card carrying member of their party (APC) then, which he vehemently refuted being member of any political party. I believe him to be member of PDP since then. I just run some background check on him, which I discovered that he was never a member of any political party before now. He is one of many non political party partisan members in PMB cabinet.
